Instructions for Swiss Perfect ratings file

In order to make life easier for the ratings officer would you please ensure that the organiser field 

on the tournament form is filled in properly. The ratings program operates on this field and it 

should be filled in as follows .   

 

NSW^{NORMAL/RAPID} ^{Date of last game in the tournament in European Format}

 

The "^" is a space, the / gives an option and the braces ({ }" are not to be inputted.

Thus a typical Organiser Field would be :-

 

NSW NORMAL 27/08/2001
